I met a beautiful Poblano.
Tomorrow is picnic, so I prepared some dishes to bring to there. First off, seaweed rice balls. Maybe you have seen rice balls that were rolled with flat and wide seaweed. It’s Nori. When Japanese say seaweed rice balls that means another seaweed. It’s not Nori but Wakame. We cook rice with dried wakame in rice cooker in same time. It’s so nice. Please try it soon.
And I thought that I bring mizozuke Chayote at first. But it’s not enough I felt. So I found the beautiful poblano and try it to make misozuke. Poblano give me sweetness but sometimes slight hotness. It’s so nice taste vegetable. Looks is perfect so I love it. But, very very really really occasionally, it feels super super hot. I like this point too.
