
Green curry made from Kakuni.
Recently, I cooked huge amount Kakuni. Kakuni is Japanese stew with pork belly, similar to Dong Po Rou. Simmering Chinese white radish and pork belly very well, they would soaks up so delicious flavors and getting soft tender. Commonly, you can make Kakuni with soy sauce and ginger. I prefer to give wu xiang fen, it would make kakuni Taiwanese taste.
I have frozen extra Kakuni. Today, I cooked Thai green curry with them. Cooking finished for so short time. Solution.
