Home made watermelon syrup.
Today’s table was also brightened red. Raw tuna pasta and water melon juice. I made syrup from watermelon. I wondered, I could make delicious red juice easily if I have red perilla. Red perilla is East Asian herb of the mint family. On my feeling, red perilla are a bit rare in this country for now. I couldn’t find it at the supermarkets. When I google about them, I found mostly the recipes of Korean dishes, they use green perilla but not red. May I find it at the H mart…?
