I had a perfect perro caliente.
The nearest station, 82nd Street is south to my home. So I usually go to south, supermarkets and pharmacies also are also there. Today, I went north to my home to get perro caliente.
What is the perro caliente? Perro means dog. Caliente means hot. Yes, It’s hot dog in Columbia. Do you know you can say 热狗 re in Chinese. 热 re is hot, 狗 gou is dog. Almost same.
Perro caliente is perfect to me. It has quail eggs and sweet bananas. Maybe… the menu said pineapple but it tasted banana. Anyway, super combo. I love it. breads and sausages are almost same the US hot dog. I also got hamburger that they said special. It also has quail eggs. It looks so funny but delicious. For now, perro caliente is my best foods what I ate in this country. Mai said it was “It’s taste what… Yuu loves” OK. I understand. I also love sound of its name. I want to say perro caliente again and again. Perro caliente, perro caliente.
