Cooking cactus kimpa kimbap.

I and Mai dicided to cooking kimpa. Unfortunately, I couldn’t get thinly cut meat as like being in Korean and Japan. So, we made use london broil to kimpa instead of thin cut meat. It was succeeded.

After that, I added cactus in kimpa. It was unexpected to me. Cactus is sticky. It’s like an okra. But it was not succeeded. Cactus made the inside of rice roll slimy and slippery. So when I roll it, fills slipped out both side of kimpa. It was difficult.
