I started trying to germinate frozen aji amarillo.
I bought a ticket to a station which has funny name, Poughkeepsie. This weekend, I and Mai will head out to upstate to visit animal sanctuary.
I would like to try raw aji amarillo. Now I can get paste, dried, or frozen around my home. but I couldn’t find raw ones for now. So, I have a funny idea. I watched Youtube and asked Issei how to germinate aji amarillo seeds from frozen. One Youtuber says strange things it is important to drink black tea. And put the seeds in hot water… And be naked to take the bathing in front of entrance… Issei also agree with them. Crazy. He said, it’s better to high humidity that’s why I need bathing. Hmm…
Anyway, I defrosted aji amarillo naturally. And cut their flesh part and took out seeds gentlely gently. I wet a paper towel and put it in plastic container that had contained the blackberries.
