I made curry but it was a failure but…
I didn’t gave up. I reform it into the new curry croquettes. It was succeed. I think, the baby carrots has strong distinctive taste a little. It’s better to eat raw. So I couldn’t make good curry without meat at first. But corn oil made it mild and agreeable. Today I did 100% vegan. okok. Everyday is experimental.
By the way, I didn’t know that baby carrots doesn’t grow up adult carrots. I never thought such that they were just cut into baby size!
